To add an individual contact or lead to our CRM system, start by navigating to the "People" tab on the homepage. Next, select the "Add New Lead" option, which is the last option next to the search tab
You will then see a blank form where you can input all the necessary details about the contact or lead, such as their name, contact information, and any other pertinent information. Once you have filled in the required fields, click the "Save Lead" button to add the lead to the CRM.
To verify, return to the "People" tab and check for the newly added lead with the details you provided.
