To filter leads using names, navigate to the People section and select the filter option. Choose the field you want to filter by, such as "First name" or "Last name." For example, if filtering by First name, select the criterion that suits your needs, such as "Start with A," and apply the filter.
This will show all leads whose first names start with A. Save this list as a smart list by clicking "Add List," naming it appropriately, and creating it.
