How to Manually Create an Email ?

To manually create an email in NOVA CRM, follow these steps:

Click on Email Marketing.
Select Email from Scratch.


Use the tools available on the left side of the page to create your email content.


Once you’re satisfied with your email, click on Save and Continue if you want to send or schedule it right away. Alternatively, click Save if you wish to keep it for later use. If you chose Save and Continue, you will then be able to select recipients, fill in the campaign information, and click Continue.


If you opted to just save the email, you can find it later under the Email Campaigns section in the Email Marketing tab.
