How to Understand Email Analytics?

To understand email analytics in your CRM, start by navigating to the email template section, where you'll find past campaigns and saved templates. Click on the specific email campaign you're interested in to access its detailed analytics. In the campaign overview, you'll see essential information such as the project name, date sent, average open rate, and industry average. For deeper insights, explore the analytics section to review critical metrics:

1. Emails Sent: View recipient details, including names, email, phone, stage, assignment agent, and creation status.
2. Open Rate: See how many recipients opened your email.
3. Click-through Rate: Track the number of clicks on links within your email.
4. Links: Review all important links included in your email.
5. Bounce Rate: Identify emails that failed to deliver.
6. Unsubscribes: Monitor leads who have opted out of future communications.
7. Did Not Open Track leads who haven't opened your email yet.

Use the filtering options to narrow down data by specific emails and gain deeper insights into recipient behavior. Understanding these metrics will help you refine your campaigns, grow leads more effectively, and achieve better results.
