What can I view on Social Media Management Analytics ?

Updated over 12 months ago

To view your social media analytics in NOVA, follow these steps:

Click on Social Media Marketing.

Locate the Analytics tab.

Under this tab, you can filter your analytics based on different timeframes: Today, Yesterday, Past 10 Days, or Past 30 Days.

You'll also find a graph displaying key metrics, including:

  • Total Followers: The complete count of people following your page or profile. This number represents your overall audience size and potential reach.

  • New Followers: The number of accounts that started following your page within a specific time period. This metric helps track your audience growth rate and the effectiveness of your content strategy in attracting new followers.

  • Post Engagements: All interactions users have with your posts, including likes, comments, shares, saves, and clicks.

  • Post Impressions: The total number of times your posts have been displayed on users' screens. This includes multiple views by the same person and helps measure your content's visibility in feeds.

  • Page Engagement: The total interactions with your entire page, including profile visits, button clicks, and mentions.

  • Page Impressions: This shows the number of times your page (not just posts) has been viewed. This includes visits to your profile page and appearances in search results, showing your brand's overall visibility.

  • Page Reach: The unique number of users who saw any content from your page. Unlike impressions, reach counts each person only once, giving you a clearer picture of your actual audience size.
