To create a Zoom meeting in NOVA, follow these steps:

Click on Tasks.
Select Appointments in the top left corner of the page.
Click on Create in the top right corner.
Fill in the name of the lead and select Online as the appointment type.
Complete the remaining details as needed.
A Zoom link will be generated automatically.
Click Create to finalize the appointment.
Once created, the lead will receive all the meeting details via their registered email and phone number.
