AVON AI Campaigns is the section where you manage and run your AI campaigns after completing the setup of the AI personality, knowledge base, and scripts.
In this section, you can create a new AI campaign by providing the required campaign information. Start by entering a campaign name and selecting the desired campaign type.
Next, select the Voice of the AI by listening to the available options and finalizing your choice. Afterward, choose your desired script from the available options.
Afterward, select the Knowledge Base to provide relevant information for the AI campaign. Then, choose your Targeted Leads by using a Smart List or tags. Additionally, you can assign an email template if you wish to include one in the campaign.
Next, allocate the Campaign Budget by specifying the number of minutes and the amount you wish to assign to the campaign. After that, adjust the Campaign Settings as needed, such as changing the timezone or setting specific campaign timings.
Next, add the Appointment Schedule to allow AVON AI to suggest meeting times to your potential clients.
If you'd like to perform a test call, you can do so by providing the necessary details: name, email, country code, and phone number.
Once the campaign is created, it is essential to activate it by turning on the status icon on the left side of the page to ensure that it runs as intended.
