To delete a lead in NOVA CRM, follow these steps:
Go to the People tab.
Search for the specific lead you want to delete.
Click on that lead to open the lead details page.
On the left side, scroll down until you see the Delete Lead option.
Click on Delete Lead.
Important: Once a lead is deleted, it cannot be recovered from our end. Please think carefully before proceeding with the deletion to ensure that it is the right decision.
