To create notes for a specific lead in NOVACRM, follow these steps:
Navigate to the People tab.
Search for the specific lead you want to add notes to.
Click on that lead to open the lead details page.
On the center top of the page, next to the Activity section, click on Notes.
In the notes section, type in your notes or observations regarding the lead.
Once you’ve added your notes, click on the Create Note button to save them.
This feature allows you to keep track of important information and interactions related to each lead, helping you stay organized and informed for future communications.
