Go to the People tab.

Click on that lead to open the lead details page.
On the right side, you may see a section for Tasks and Appointments.
Look for the Attachments section (this may vary based on your interface).
Click on the Add Attachment button.
Select the files you wish to upload from your device.
Confirm the upload, and the attachments will be added to the lead's details.
