To save a custom filter, you need to create a smart list.
1. Go to the People page
2. Click on Custom Filter in the top left corner
3. Select your filters and fill in all terms
4. Click Apply
5. Look for the Add List button in the top right corner
6. Click Add List
7. Enter a name for your list
8. Click Create List
