Why is my CSV not getting imported?

Your CSV may not be importing for several reasons:

1. Your CSV file might be empty
2. The Excel file that you might be trying to import should have an extension of .csv (not .xlsx or other formats)
3. Try changing the extension of CSV file to CSV UTF-8 (comma-delimited) format
