Creating a Smart List is easy. To do this:
1. Go to the People page
2. Click on Custom Filter (located below the search section)
3. Choose filters from the given options to create your desired filter
4. Click Apply
5. Click Add List in the top right corner
6. Enter a name for your list
7. Click Save
Your Smart List will be created and saved for future use.
