To update the lead rating of a lead on the lead activity page, follow these steps:
1. Click on the People page
2. Select the specific lead
3. On the lead activity page, go to the Custom Lead Data section on the left side
4. Find the Lead Rating option and click the dropdown icon
5. Select the appropriate rating
