To schedule an email using pre-made templates:
1. Go to Email Marketing
2. Click on "Create Email"
3. Select "Fully Designed Templates"
4. Browse or search for the template you want to use
5. Click on the template and then click "Edit"
6. Make any necessary changes to the template
7. Click "Save and Continue"
8. Select the recipients (individual leads or a smartlist)
9. Complete the required fields:
● Subject line
● Campaign name
● Preheader text
● From name (sender name)
10. Click "Continue"
11. Review the analytics showing valid, invalid, bounced, and unsubscribed emails
12. Click "Schedule" instead of "Send"
13. Select your desired date and time
14. Confirm the scheduling
Your email will be sent automatically at the specified time and will appear in the Monthly Planner.
