To add a new stage to a pipeline or category:
1. Go to the Deals tab
2. Select Stage View
3. Click on the pipeline you want to modify
4. Scroll to the right end of the page
5. Click "Add Stage"
6. Enter a name for the stage
7. Select a border color (optional)
8. Click Save
