There are three ways to change a deal's stage:
1. Drag and drop the deal to the desired stage in Stage View
2. Click on the deal and change the stage in the bottom right of the details page
3. In List View, find the deal, scroll to the right, click "Edit". See the forum at the right side and change the stage from there and click on Update Deal
