To add text to an image in a campaign created from scratch:
1. Go to Email Marketing
2. Click "Create Email" and select "From Scratch"
3. Drag the image toolbar into the center of the page
4. Insert your image and click on it
5. On the left side of the page, find the "Text" button (located under the "Resize" button) and click it
6. Choose your preferred text type and effects, then add your text to the image
