To filter deals by purpose:
1. Go to the Deals tab
2. Select List View
3. Click "Filter" in the top right corner
4. Select "Purpose" as the filter
5. Choose "include" or "exclude"
6. Select from purpose options (Purchase, Refinance, Second Mortgage, Commercial Purchase, Commercial Refinance, HELOC, Pre-Approval)
7. Click Apply
