To cancel your NOVACRM subscription, follow these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page
2. Click on "Update"
3. From the menu on the left, select "Subscription"
4. You'll see a list of your active subscriptions
5. Locate your NOVA subscription
6. Just below the subscription fee (top right of the page), you'll see the option to Cancel Plan
7. Click on "Cancel Plan" and then click on "Confirm" to finalize the cancellation
