Why am I unable to see any social media creatives in NOVACRM?

There are several possible reasons why social media creatives might not be visible:

1. You haven't connected your social media account to NOVACRM yet
2. You didn't select the social media template design during onboarding
3. You've recently onboarded to NOVACRM (note that creatives are typically added within 24-48 business hours. If you onboarded on Friday, creatives will be added by Monday end of day)
