How do I sort text conversations in the Inbox tab?

To sort text conversations in the Inbox tab:

1. Click on "Inbox" in the NOVACRM

2. Select "Text" from the conversation options at the top left

3. Look for the sort icon (first symbol) below the Text button

4. Click this icon to sort conversations by read/unread status
