To change a lead's type:
1. Go to the "Inbox" tab and select "Text" conversations
2. Click on the lead you want to modify
3. In the details panel (top right), find the Lead Type
4. Click the dropdown icon next to the lead type
5. Select the appropriate Lead Type from the options
