To create a drip campaign in NOVA Central, you need to complete two main parts. First, you need to create an action plan. Then you need to set up automation.
Here’s how you can create an action plan:
1. Click on NOVA Central
2. Go to “Automations” and then click on "Action Plans"
3. Click on "Create Action Plan"
4. Name your action plan
5. Drag and drop the actions you want to include
6. Fill in the necessary details for each action
7. Click "Save" to finalize your action plan
Next, set up the automation:
1. Click on NOVA Central
2. Go to "Automation" and click on "Automations"
3. Click on “Add Automation” and choose your preferred trigger
4. Name the automation in the top left corner
5. Add your desired conditions
6. Select the action plan you previously created
7. Click "Save" to finalize the automation
After saving an automation, you must enable it for it to function.
