To assign leads in NOVACRM, you can follow these steps:
Assign Individual Leads: Click on the specific lead you want to assign. On the details page, on the left-hand side, click Assign Agent. Select the agent you want to assign the lead to.
Assign Leads in Bulk: Navigate to the People tab. Select the leads you want to assign.
At the bottom, click on More Actions. Choose Assign Agent and select the agent for bulk assignment. This allows you to easily assign leads individually or in bulk, depending on your needs.
You can also assign a lead to a team member while creating a new lead
