How can I manage visibility from your team members?

To manage visibility from your team members on NovaCRM, follow these steps: Go to Nova Central and navigate to the Teams tab.

Click on the Teams tab to open the team management options. From here, you can choose to pause leads, record calls, or hide certain actions by unticking the corresponding options for specific team members. Simply uncheck the features you want to disable for the selected team member to pause or hide your activity.

This allows you to control what information is visible to your team based on your preferences.
