To add team members in NOVA Central:

Click on NOVA Central.
Select Add Team Members.
Fill in the required details and click on Invite Agent.
Once the agent is onboarded, you will see a notification indicating that the onboarding is complete.

To manage existing team members, you can:
Edit or delete team members using the buttons on the right side of the page.
Send invitations again if necessary.
To give access to team members, you can:
Grant or pause their ability to record calls.
Pause leads.
Provide export access.
This allows you to effectively manage your team and their permissions within the platform.
