When you open the NOVA homepage, next to the search tab, there is a text button. When you press the text button, either enter the name or the phone number of the lead you are supposed to connect with.
Type the text and send it. You can also send a text if you go to 'the people's tab then go to the lead's detail page type the content and send the text.
