To send a text message to a specific lead in NOVA CRM, follow these steps:
Go to the People tab.
Search for the specific lead you want to text.
Click on that lead to open the lead details page.
At the center top, next to Send Email, click on Send Text.
In the text message form, you can:
Add your own message.
Use pre-existing text templates if available.
Utilize the NOVA AI feature to improve the tone of your message.
After composing your text, simply send it. This feature helps facilitate quick communication with leads, keeping your interactions efficient and organized.
