To send text from the lead activity page:
1. Click on the People tab
2. Click on the third icon under the name on the left side of the page, or click on the Send Text button in the center
3. Type the text you want to send to that lead
4. Optionally, use the NOVA AI feature by selecting the tone and clicking "Improve It"
5. You may also use premade templates which are available.
6. Once you're satisfied with your message, click on Send Text
