To send a batch email:
1. Navigate to the People page
2. Select the leads you want to email (or select a Smart List)
3. Click on the "Batch Email" option at the bottom left
4. Enter a template name and compose your email
5. You can use NOVA AI features or pre-made templates
6. Click "Send" to deliver your email to all selected leads
