To send a batch text:
1. Go to the People page
2. Select the leads you want to message (or select a Smart List)
3. Click on the "Batch Text" option at the bottom left
4. Enter a template name and compose your message
5. You can use NOVA AI features or pre-made templates
6. Click "Send" to deliver your message to all selected leads
