How do I use a pre-made text template from the lead activity page?

To send a pre-made text template:

1. Click on the People tab
2. Click on the particular lead

3. Click on the Send Text button

4. Click on Templates
5. Select the template you wish to use

6. Click on the Send Text button to deliver your message
