Go to the 'People' tab, select the lead, and go to the lead detail page, below the custom field, there is a 'delete lead button, click on it, confirm, and delete the lead.
To delete an individual lead, simply click on the lead you wish to remove. Then, scroll down the page and click on the "Delete Lead" option located on the left-hand side.
