Connecting Facebook and Instagram to NOVACRM can streamline your social media management and lead generation processes. Here’s a guide to help you set it up:
1. Ensure Access and Permissions:
Admin Access: Make sure you have admin access to both your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Business Accounts: Your Instagram account should be a Business or Creator account linked to your Facebook Page.
2. Link Your Facebook Page to Instagram:
On Facebook:
Go to your Facebook Page.
Click on Settings.
Select Instagram from the left menu.
Click Connect Account and follow the prompts to log in to Instagram and complete the connection.
