There are two ways to reset your password in NOVA CRM:
If you are already logged in:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, next to Nova Central.
Select Update.
Scroll down to the bottom, where you'll find the option to change your password.
If you are logged out:
On the login page, click the Forgot Password option located below the password entry field. Enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive a password reset link via email.
Follow the instructions to reset your password. Both methods make it easy to update your password securely.
