To view newly added email templates in NOVA CRM:
Go to the Home page.
Look to the right side of the page for the Announcements section.
Under Email Templates, you’ll see the latest email templates that have been added to NOVA CRM.
This section helps you stay updated on new email templates that you can use for your communication needs.
