To view the remaining balances for batch texts and emails in NOVA CRM:
Go to the Home page.
On the right side, scroll down to the sections labeled Batch Text and Batch Email.
Here, you can see your daily limits, the balances used, and the remaining balances for both batch texts and emails.
This information helps you manage your communication strategy effectively by tracking how many texts and emails you can still send for the day.
