Follow these steps to create a custom filter by Phone Number:

1. Open the People tab

2. Locate "Custom Filter" at the top left corner beneath the search button

3. Select "Phone" as your filter option

4. Click "Choose" again and pick from "starts with," "is empty," or "contains"

5. Type in your phone number criteria if you selected "starts with" or "contains"

6. Hit "Apply" to apply your filter
