How can I create a custom filter based on Last Communication?

To filter contacts by Last Communication in NOVACRM:

1. Go to the People tab
2. Look for the Custom Filter button (located below the search field in the top left corner)
3. Select Last Communication as your filter


4. Choose from the options: Include, Exclude, Are Empty, or Are Not Empty


5. For Include or Exclude options, enter your specific communication term
6. Click Apply to implement your filter
