How do I add or assign tags to leads on the People page?

To add tags to leads:

1. Go to the People page
2. Select the leads you want to tag (or select a Smart List)
3. Click on the "Tags" option at the bottom left

4. Search for existing tags in the list
5. Select the tags you want to apply
6. Click "Add Tags" to apply them to the selected leads
