To create a new tag:
1. Click to the People page
2. Select the leads you want to tag (optional)
3. Click on the "Tags" option at the bottom left
4. Click "Add Tags"
5. Type your new tag name in the search field
6. Click "Create a new tag"
7. You can either create the tag only or apply it immediately to selected leads
8. Click "Add Tags" if you want to add it to your selection
