How do I check if a lead has opened my email on the lead activity page?

To track email opens:

● Click on the People page
● Select the lead

● Click on Send Emails
● Scroll down to see all sent emails
● Emails sent through Email Marketing or People tab will show status indicators
● Look for "Send," "Open," or "Did Not Open" status
