To check if a lead has unsubscribed from particular emails:
1. Click on the People page
2. Select the lead
3. Click on Send Emails
4. Scroll down to view all sent emails
5. For emails sent through Email Marketing or People tab, check for the "Unsubscribed" Tag.
6. This will appear if the lead has unsubscribed from that particular email
