To create an email from scratch in NOVACRM:
1. Go to Email Marketing
2. Click on "Create Email"
3. Select "From Scratch"
4. Use the drag-and-drop tools to design your email
5. Utilize pre-made content and structures if desired
6. Preview your campaign by clicking the "Preview" option at the center
7. Switch between desktop and mobile views using the icons at the top center
8. Enter your campaign name in the top right corner
9. Click "Save" to store as a draft or "Save & Continue" to proceed
10. If continuing, complete the campaign information and select recipients
11. Click "Continue" and choose to either schedule or send immediately
