To create an email from scratch in NOVACRM:
1. Go to Email Marketing
2. Click on "Create Email"
3. Select "From Scratch"
4. Use the drag-and-drop tools to design your email
5. Utilize structures and pre-made content elements as needed
6. Preview your campaign by clicking the "Preview" button at the top left
7. Check both desktop and mobile views using the icons at the top center
8. Enter your campaign name in the top right corner
9. Click "Save" to store as a draft or "Save & Continue" to proceed
10. If continuing, fill in the campaign information and select recipients
11. Click "Continue" and choose to either schedule or send immediately
Your saved template will be available under Email Campaigns in the Draft Campaigns section.
