To create a social media post in NOVACRM:
1. Click on Social Media Management
2. Click on "Create a Post" in the center.
3. Select your account and business page
4. Choose a category (Pre-construction, Housing Tips, Festive Greetings) or use Manual Upload
5. Select the creative you want to post
6. Review the caption (pre-filled for template posts)
7. Edit the caption if needed or use NOVA AI to generate a new caption and hashtags
8. Check the preview on the right side to see how your post will look
9. Click "Post" to publish immediately
