Adding an attachment to your social media post in NOVACRM is straightforward:
1. Click on Social Media Management
2. Click on "Create a Post" in the top left corner
3. Select your account and business page
4. Choose "Manual Upload" as the category
5. Click on big plus button (+) below “Attachments” to upload your image
6. Add a caption of your choice
7. Use NOVA AI to generate a caption and hashtags if desired
8. Preview your post on the right side of the screen
9.You can post immediately or schedule for later
