How do I change or edit a lead's stage from the Inbox tab?

To update a lead's stage:

1. Click on Inbox

2. Select "Email" as the conversation type

3. Click on the lead you want to modify

4. In the top right corner under details, find the stage field

5. Click the dropdown icon next to the current stage

6. Select the new appropriate stage for this lead
