How do I change the assigned team member for a lead from the Inbox tab?

To change a lead's stage:

1. Go to the "Inbox" tab and select "Text" conversations

2. Click on the lead you want to modify

3. In the details panel (top right), find the current stage

4. Click the dropdown icon next to the stage

5. Select a new stage from the available options
